Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at tawnie@tawnie.ca and we'll work with the supplier to resolve it.
