Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return Email us at tawnie@tawnie.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items, intimates, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
